Ali Ahn, JoJo Gonzalez, et al. Set for World Premiere of Sweet Karma

Ali Ahn, JoJo Gonzales, Brian Hirono, Susan Hyon, and Bonna Tek will star in the world premiere of Henry Ong's Sweet Karma, to play the Studio Theatre at Queens Theatre in the Park, December 4-20. Marcy Arlin will direct.

The play tells the tale of a Cambodian doctor who is gunned down outside his Los Angeles apartment after surviving the turbulent years following the Cambodian genocide. In death, he meets a mysterious woman who helps him confront choices he made and find peace.

The creative team will include Robert Monaco (sets), Christopher Weston (lights), Anna-Alisa Belous (costumes), and Elizabeth Rhodes (sound).
