More than 900 years old, Preah Vihear temple sits on a high escarpment overlooking the Cambodian plains. The addition of the temple to a list of Unesco World Heritage sites in July reignited longstanding border disputes between Thailand and Cambodia. A military standoff has continued for months, and skirmishes have cost lives on both sides. VOA Khmer's extensive coverage below.
