Cambodia do not need any more con traversal friend like Iran. The more distant that you can add to the your spacing with Iran, the better. It's time for Heng Samrin to retire including a few other members of CPP. They have no knowledge of the global economy nor understand the world politic, while lack of high level of education to think clearly before they speak.
