In Cambodia, the defamation trial of opposition MP Mu Sochua begins tomorrow and the International Parliamentarian Union will be sending a representative to Phnom Penh to observe proceedings.The charges were filed by Prime Minister Hun Sen, who says he was defamed by Mu Sochua's own defamation action, which was thrown out of court. The case goes back to a speech in which Hun Sen allegedly referred to an un-named female politician in derogatory language.
