Since representing Mu Sochua, Mr. Kong Sam Onn has faced many legal dilemmas such as being disciplined by the Bar Association and was disbarred from practising laws. He still faces many legal hurdles ahead. However, when he apologised to Mr. Hun Sen and joined his party, all charges against him were immediately dropped and cleared, paving the way for him to practise laws again.
