The dispute over the Preah Vihear Temple has been settled by the International Court of Justice in 1962, but the dispute broke out again 0n 15th July 2008 when Thailand sent its troops to occupy Cambodian territories surrounding the Temple after the Temple was inscribed by Unesco on the World Heritage List on 7th July 2008.
Now a Cambodian lawyer, Mr. Bora Touch and a Thai lawyer, Ms. Monticha Pakdeekong, are presenting their legal arguments in an internationally-famed Journal of East Asia and International Law to put the case of their respective country to an international audience.
