Messages of supports to Mrs. Mu Sochua

Dear Madam Sochua,

I really appreciate your flexibility and political intellectual in your case with Hun Sen. It is important to implement hard and soft strategies with him. He is a bad-tempered leader. This behavior can lead him to the loss of his credibility inside the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) as well as among Cambodian voters. When Ky Tech said "withdraw the lawsuit or not, it depends on Hun Sen who got suffered from this". The Cambodian people see that Hun Sen has suffered no damage at all. In reality, he is the one who defamed directly and indirectly to all Khmer women, particularly you (as the main person targetted in his speech).

When the Sam Rainsy Party (SRP) can play this political game with Hun Sen frequently, he will lose his leadership credibility. Of course, there are many flaws in Hun Sen's leadership style in which the SRP can take advantage from that. SRP is in need to have the smarter strategies as well as persuasive and instrumental public speech.

I really admire your effort and hard works Madam Sochua.

Sincere Regards,

Dear All,

We must express our clear voice to all lawmakers that enough is enough about how much the credibility of the National constitution in which each politician has interpreted differently. We must make sure that each elected member of the parliament is properly protected from bullying from member of the big political party. We must understand that during each election, the country has spent a lot of money and has involved the people of the entire Nation.

If each elected member has to go through this kind of intimidation again and again, that means, the constitution needs to be re-amended to make sure that Parliament is a truely National constitution, instead of a classroom where all members need to be careful before they want to express their opinion.

I am very strongly believing that any attempt to remove immunity of any member of parliament from any person, is an attempt of a coup d'etat to destroy the credibility of the parliament and the system of democracy.

Regards

Meng Ly
