ABOUT KRT TRIAL MONITOR
KRT Trial Monitor is a weekly report issued about trial proceedings currently underway at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (or Khmer Rouge Tribunal). At present, KRT Trial Monitor is covering the case of Kaing Guek Eav alias "Duch" - the first (and currently the only) case that has proceeded to the trial stage. Reports are written by a team of monitors from Cambodia, Indonesia, Singapore, China, Switzerland and Germany.
KRT Trial Monitor is a program of the Asian International Justice Initiative, a collaboration between the U.C. Berkeley War Crimes Studies Center and the East-West Center.
This Program collaborates with the Center for Social Development (CSD) for releasing the report. Soft copy of this report could be downloded from CSD's website at www.csdcambodia.org ; www.kidcambodia.org and at http://socrates.berkeley.edu/~
