It is well known that Hun Sen was a powerful commander during the KR regime. But now he has bee named in the KR tribunal by an expert, so it's time for him to face the court for his crimes. There are documented evidence that Hun Sen and Heng Samrin threw grenades and cut the throats of critically-ill patients in a hospital in Prey Veng in 1974.
