Thai soldiers had shot dead an unarmed Cambodian man on the afternoon of 13th April in Battambang, reports Deum Ampil newspaper.
According to the paper, the 20 year old Cambodian was shot dead in Kamrieng district of Battambang province while he and other Khmers were crossing into Thailand to celebrate the New Year.

Many Thais, including spies, were immediately released after the were arrested for crossing into Cambodia. But many Cambodians who crossed into Thailand were shot dead like dogs. We should just kill the Thais like dogs too. Just shoot and kill them when they cross into our territories.
