Hun Sen fled to Kratie and became a water seller; in 1969 he made contact with Mey Pho [in Memot?] and became a messenger for him. This file is an undeniably proof that Hun Sen and Heng Samrin were war criminals who committed crimes against humanity. They should be tried by the Khmer Rouge Tribunal.

The Khmer Rouge Trinunal in Phnom Penh must summon Hun Sen and Heng Samrin to answer the charges. No one should be above the laws.
Cambodian government shouldn't rule by former KR cadres. All of them no matter who they are should be accountable for 1.7m deaths. The tribunal must not let these guys take it for granted.
