On Sunday, 2 November 2008, at 9:00 am, Sam Rainsy and other opposition Members of Parliament will visit floods victims in several places in Phnom Penh. Recent and persistent floods in Phnom Penh are due to the filling in of lakes in and around the capital city in relation with controversial "development" projects led by unscrupulous Korean and/or Japanese "investors" with the support of corrupt political leaders.
