It's difficult to tell from the grinning face of Manchester City's likely new owner that he's suffered quite a climbdown in the last year or so. Full StoryA Briton and Frenchman have been arrested and charged with drug trafficking in Cambodia, local police have said.

The pair were arrested on suspicion of trafficking 1.1 kilograms of marijuana, while a 35-year-old Cambodian man was also arrested for providing transport.

Frenchman Jocelyn Fanget, 42, was trying to buy the drugs from Briton Craig Bullock, 37, when they were arrested on Friday in the town of Sihanoukville, Moek Dara, the director of Cambodia's anti-narcotics department, is quoted by the AFP news agency as saying.

"They were arrested at the scene while they were exchanging the drugs," he said.

"The court has already charged them with drug trafficking. They are in jail now."

Cambodia is a well-known trafficking point for drugs, especially after neighbouring Thailand toughened its stance on illegal drugs in 2002.End of story
