Nhan Dan - Outstanding businessmen and enterprises of Laos-Vietnam-Cambodia will be honoured, the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, the Ministry of Defence's Economic Department and the Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia Economic Co-operation and Development Association announced on September 5.
The award is aimed at recognising and honouring outstanding enterprises and businessmen who have made outstanding achievements in their business activities and great contributions to the socio-economic development of each country as well as to the region and the world while promoting international co-operation and trade among the three countries.
Selections will be based on basic criteria including contributions to friendship among the three countries, high growth of trading activities, strong trademarks, amongst others.
The award presentation ceremony is scheduled to be in early 2009.
