Cambodian are praying for peace. How in the world the Thai think it's a "magic spell?"
Thai have never been good to Cambodian. They twist everything.
Very dirty mind and heart people.
The Thai like to twist everything. The Phuchatkan or The Manager newspaper was the one which published nationalistic and vitriolic articles and editorials to arouse the Thai nationalism that caused the Bangkok demonstrations and the protests at Preah Vihear which led to the military occupation of the Thai troops in Preah Vihear. The editorial of The Nation/Bangkok Post newspaper titled "when Cambodia cries wolf" reflect the ignorance or the bias of those two newspapers.
