Thanks for posting my article here. I think the Thai incursion into Preah Vihear at the moment is a serious violation of Cambodian territorial integrity and a violation of international laws. The steps that Cambodia needs to take to solve this crisis is: 1. request the Thai to withdraw their troops. 2. if that fails, Cambodia takes the case to ASEAN, which Cambodia and Thailand are members. 3. If that fails, Cambodia takes this issue to the UN. 4. And if this fails, Cambodia can take Thailand to International court of Justice like 1962 again. I will publish this scenario in my blog shortly. Like you, I have sleepless nights as well over this issue.

I agree with all the measures that you've mentioned in your text. May I also suggest a creation of a petition and have it send to all the United States congress and European league to help us resolving this matter. We could also form a rally infront of the Thai government in the US, Australia and whereever there are Khmer living in...
Very good suggestion. Cambodians in Cambodia should protest in front of Thai embassy. Cambodians around the world should protest in front of the Thai embassies in their respective countries. We can all sign petitions to the ASEAN, UN, US congress etc, etc. Cambodian community leaders around the world must take the lead and organise these actions.
