Up To 10th May, 8 Parties Have Registered

Officials from the National Election Committee claimed that up to Saturday the 10th of May, there are already 8 political parties that have lodged their registration application to participate in the upcoming election in July.

Among the major 8 parties which have registered were: the Cambodia People's Party, the Norodom Ranariddh Party, Funcinpec Party and the Human Right Party.

The Sam Rainsy Party indicated that it will register on the 12th 0f May, which is the last day of the registration dateline for any political parties that wish to participate in the election. //
