(*) I sincerely congratulate Mr Nguyen Xuan Phuc on his today’s nomination as Vietnam’s new Prime Minister. I wish him success in the fulfilment of his mission.

I believe that the relations between Cambodia and Vietnam will continue to improve in the future in the spirit of mutual respect leading to a fraternal cooperation that sees the Vietnamese and the Cambodian peoples working together for common prosperity.

I sincerely admire Vietnam’s collegial leadership who has implemented real and drastic measures to effectively combat government corruption and has also ensured a periodic change of Prime Minister with term(s) never exceeding ten years for any Prime Minister. This periodic and regular renewal of a country’s top leadership brings new blood, new ideas and new talents that are associated with best governance.

As much as mr rainsy praises youn expansionists'political system from the South, the question is would they want to get rid of hun sen? The answer is no.In youns' mind set, do they still have the ultimate intention, waiting for every opportunity to swallow up Cambodia? The answer is yes.Even mr rainsy himself thinks so. So why mr rainsy is upbeat about political changes in Srok youn. Doesn't that make youns hypocrite?when they can reform their political system , but leaves Cambodia in the political limbo with ah kwak who is the puppet of hanoi. The longer hun sen in power, youn gets the least headache in dealing with Khmer, especially not from you mr ransy. So what motivates mr raisy to praise youns or he merely wants to point out to hun sen to step down from the top job ,because your master can do it why can't you?. If it is the case, mr rainsy you can sleep on it and dream about it, but it is not going to happen.
