Today marks the official recognition of the political opposition in Cambodia with the President of the National Assembly signing off the attached document recognizing the role and the rights of the Minority Leader.

The role meant nothing in face of CPP. But it meant alot of Sam Rainsy himself as he is trying to make him a leader of minority of any political party who has few seats at parliament because it can not have two minority learders in National Assembly. So there will be interfighting between those minorities teams and will definitely ensure CPP grab all the stocks and cash in the political gain.
