PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Prime Minister Hun Sen asked China to continue its support for Cambodia's economic development by providing loan from US$ 500 to US$ 700 million per year to Cambodia and open its market for the Cambodian agricultural products.
He made the request during a meeting with the Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing, the Capital of China, where he is attending the APEC CEO summit to be held on 7-9 November, 2014.
At the meeting, Hun Sen also asked the Chinese side to help encourage its tourists to visit Cambodia.
Xi Jinping said China and Cambodia have the same destiny, joint benefits and honest friendship, and China will continue to provide assistance for Cambodia's economic and social development.

អនុប្រធានគណៈកម្មការធនាគារហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងសវនកម្មនៃរដ្ឋសភា លោក សុន ឆ័យ នៅល្ងាចថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែវិច្ឆិកា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា កម្ពុជាមិនគួរណាខ្ចីបុលបរទេសច្រើនពេកទេ ជាពិសេសប្រទេសចិនតែម្ដង ព្រោះចិនឲ្យលុយកម្ពុជាខ្ចីដោយសម្លឹងឃើញធនធានធម្មជាតិ និងមិនខ្វល់ថាកម្ពុជាជួបប្រទះនឹងបញ្ហាអ្វីឡើយ។ លោករកឃើញថា កម្ពុជាជំពាក់បំណុលបរទេសប្រមាណជាង ៩ពាន់លានដុល្លាររួចទៅហើយ បើជំពាក់គេបន្តទៀតប្រទេសនេះនឹងរឹតតែវ័ណ្ឌក ហើយអ្នកដែលរ៉ាប់រងសងបំណុលចិនទៅថ្ងៃមុខជាកូនចៅខ្មែរជំនាន់ក្រោយ។
លោកបញ្ជាក់ថាបើបំណុលចេះតែកើនឡើង កុំសង្ឃឹមថាជីវភាពពលរដ្ឋអាចប្រសើរឡើង នៅពេលកម្ពុជា រុករកប្រេងកាតបានឲ្យសោះ។ ប៉ុន្តែរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា មានលទ្ធភាពច្រើនក្នុងការបង្កើនថវិកាជាតិ ជាជាងខ្ចីលុយបរទេស៖ «ខ្ញុំយល់ថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលមានជម្រើសជាជាងការខ្ចីលុយពីប្រទេសចិន រដ្ឋាភិបាលគ្រាន់តែពង្រឹងការប្រមូលពន្ធដែលតាមការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវច្បាស់លាស់បញ្ជាក់ថា ការប្រមូលពន្ធសព្វថ្ងៃគឺបាត់ប្រមាណ ១០% នៃផលិតផលក្នុងស្រុកសរុប។ បើគិតជាទឹកប្រាក់គឺបាត់ ១៩ពាន់លានដុល្លារក្នុង១ឆ្នាំៗ»។
សេចក្ដីព្រាងច្បាប់ថវិកាឆ្នាំ២០១៥ បង្ហាញថាកម្ពុជាត្រូវការប្រាក់ប្រមាណជិត ៤ពាន់លានដុល្លារសម្រាប់អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាតិ។ កម្ពុជាដល់ពេលហើយដែលត្រូវសងបំណុលបរទេសក្នុង១ឆ្នាំប្រមាណ១រយលានដុល្លារសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។

You folks fall for the dirty politicians who want to grab power from Mr. Hun Sen so that they can become rich. But Mr. Hun Sen already made deal with Vietnam to assure stability for Cambodia. As the result, Vietnam got some reward for good and cheap land concessions. You know that Vietnam is still very poor and cannot compete equally with China when it comes to buying land concession.
The only way Vietnam can compete is to fight and die for Cambodia. Then Vietnam gets land concession from Cambodia. That's why Mr. Hun Sen will deal with Vietnam. Only Vietnam can protect Cambodia from Thailand. It has been like this for hundreds of years.
You folks continue to attack Cambodia's economy so that Mr. Hun Sen will give you powers. That's wrong. You folks rip off any good American Cambodians who tried to help Cambodia. Google for the news "Ronnie Yimsut", some local Cambodians tried to rip him off and already destroyed his investment. Only Vietnamese and Chinese can invest in Cambodia under Mr. Hun Sen's protection ok?
It's hard to get thing done in Cambodia unless you have lethal arms to back yourselves up. Even in this year Cambodia national exam, there were armed guards with guns and batons. Cambodian students in the past had shown multiple vicious and bloody riots when the exams turned up different from their cheat sheets.
There was on instance, the hundred of Cambodian students chased the teachers around the blocks and beaten the crap, and bloody out of the teachers accusing of selling fake cheat sheets, ripping them off. The teachers blame the top officials for the last minutes surprised change. But noooo, the Cambodian students would not agree, and viciously beaten the teachers. What a nasty country!
Now the truth came out. Most Cambodian students are cheaters and pathetic. I used to tutor the Khmer students and I was shocked with the learning aptitude between the Khmer students to any other race. The gap was huge.
Of course, I already figured out how to bridge that gap. It took me several years to figure it out. But you folks won't believe me, so I will keep it a secret so that the Vietnamese can continue to dominate you folks.

When he gets the loan he pockets some of it, but the whole nation has to repay the loan not Hun Sen.
You cannot get any better than that.
Don't be narrow minded. If Mr. Hun Sen has to pocket any money from the loan, he does so to maintain the private guard battalion. This is very important to maintain the stability in Cambodia. It is much better than "Nothing happens".
When Cambodia has to repay the loan, the whole nation has to repay the loan. Whole includes Mr. Hun Sen right? I bet by that time, if he is rich enough, he would help to pay extra too.
You need to think this way. Mr. Hun Sen saved, revived, pushed up Cambodia. Cambodia practically belonged to Mr. Hun Sen.
I am sick and tired to see untalented, lame, coward politicians try to cheat Mr. Hun Sen from what he has accomplished. Where were those losers when Cambodia was in dire situation? Losers hide in time of troubles then run out to claim in time of peace. Yet, they try to destroy the peace to claim some.
I would not miss them if Mr. Hun Sen decides, "Enough is enough" crushes the trouble makers. This year, Cambodian garment exports dropped 5 percent. It's all CNRP's fault.
Mr. Hun Sen has successfully drove the garment industry from nothing into a 5.5 billion business. He cleverly secured the electricity supply from Vietnam as well as any mean in transportation or supply chain. Cambodian garment industry was growing at a much higher rate than Vietnam in the last couple years, 21% versus Vietnam's 15%. Guess what, this year, Vietnam garment suddenly grew 19% while Cambodia garment drops. It's the stupid CNPR's fight.

I do not believe HS is a billionaire. He is rich and powerful, but you cannot use hearsay to unfairly accuse him without evidence.
He is certainly richer than his Cambodian monthly salary because he is a smart guy. He knows which good Cambodian businessmen to protect and they give him some gifts in return. Cambodia is a very violent country. Without protections, a rich Cambodian will be dead soon.
So, with the money, Mr. Hun Sen can support his personal body guard units to keep order in Cambodia. You don't want to see Cambodia go have military coupe every month, don't you? You need one strongman like Mr. Hun Sen to bring stability, order and investment into Cambodia.
Rainsy is a wimp, he ran in the moment of a court order against him. If there is a military coupe against him, he will pee in his pants and runs. So now, the wussy shuts up and joins the National Assembly after talking tough. Wussy!!!
