Yesterday, Mr. Hun Sen has warned the opposition protesters to be careful of "a third hand", a euphemism for unknown elements or people who could carry out killings/assassinations of opposition protesters. How does Mr. Hun Sen know that there will be "a third hand" who will cause trouble to the protesters? Only a person who organised or hired "a third hand" knows about this. So, this means that Mr. Hun Sen will hire thugs/gangsters to cause trouble or to kill/assassinate protesters or CNRP leaders.
