From now on Khmers have to be tough, Khmers have to be proud to live in a democratic country, but the problem is Khmers are so slow to react and to respond to the atrocity, we can no longer let ah Chker police shoot and kill us like dogs. Rise up and do whatever possible to fight back in other means to defeat them, and it is a time to organize rallies to denounce and protest against ah Ach Kwek and his Chker police force. Cambodia is no longer a police state or a communist state, it is a democratic state, so its people have their rights and freedoms guaranteed in the national constitution. Stand up, be strong and tough to deal with all kind of dogs of all levels of administration.
